Privacy, terms, and refunds — one page, in plain language

The three documents that cover using Data Trackerim. Each is short to read in full, and split into sections you can open one at a time instead of scrolling a wall of text.

Vault stays encrypted

Passwords are encrypted on your device with a key we never see — not even we can read them.

No ads, no trackers

We don't sell data, run ads, or use advertising/analytics trackers of any kind.

Your data leaves with you

Export everything to Excel, an encrypted backup, or a raw database file — any time, any plan.

14-day money-back

On your first payment — a new subscription or the Founder purchase. See the Refund Policy below.

How Data Trackerim handles your data: what we store, why, where it lives, who helps us run it, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is yours, we don't sell it, we don't show ads, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers.

1. Who we are

Data Trackerim is run from the Republic of Uzbekistan ("we", "us"). Contact for privacy questions and requests: DataTrackerim@gmail.com.

2. What we collect
  • Account details. Your email address and how you sign in (email link, password, or Google). If you use Google sign-in we receive your Google name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password. Passwords you choose for Data Trackerim are stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider.
  • What you put in the app. Accounts, transactions, income, loans, assets, notes, ideas, books, learning items, terms, contacts (names, phone numbers, emails, birthdays and notes about people you add), password-vault items, settings and a profile photo. You decide what to enter. If you add information about other people, please make sure you have a good reason to keep it.
  • Technical data. A random device identifier used to keep your devices in sync, app version, timestamps, and ordinary server logs kept by our hosts (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
  • Subscription data. If you buy a paid plan, our payment provider collects your payment details and acts as the seller of record. We receive your plan, its status and renewal date, and the email, country and tax information needed to keep your subscription and records correct. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact support, we keep the conversation to help you and to improve Data Trackerim.
  • Error reports you choose to send. If the app crashes it shows an error screen with a "Send report" button. Nothing is sent unless you tap it. A report contains the error message, a technical trace, the page you were on, the app version, your language and device type — never the contents of your records.

Data Trackerim does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Your browser's local storage is used to keep your data on your device, your sign-in session, your preferences (theme, language), and any feedback draft you choose to write.

3. How we use it
  • To run Data Trackerim: store your data on your device and sync it between your devices, send sign-in emails, back it up.
  • To manage your subscription and provide support.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems and meet legal obligations.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising or profiling. Our team does not look at your content except when needed to operate the service, to fix a problem you report (with your permission), to investigate abuse or a security incident, or when the law requires it.

4. How your data is protected
Password vault. Passwords, notes, two-factor secrets and custom fields you save in the Passwords section are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your vault master password, before anything is synced. We cannot read them and we cannot recover them — if you forget the master password, those items cannot be opened. The title, username, website address and category of a vault item are not encrypted, so that search works.

Everything else (accounts, transactions, notes, contacts and so on) is stored in our cloud database in a form our systems can read. It is protected by per-account access rules (each account can only read its own records), encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest provided by our infrastructure provider. Please don't store data in Data Trackerim that you would not want to be held in a cloud service; in particular, we recommend not recording card security codes (CVV/CVC) or full card numbers.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

5. Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") who handle data only to provide their service to us:

ProviderWhat forWhere
SupabaseDatabase, sign-in (authentication) and realtime syncSeoul, South Korea
VercelHosting the app and processing reports you choose to sendGlobal edge network
ResendSending sign-in, account and support emailsUnited States
Google"Continue with Google" sign-in, only if you choose itGlobal
Our payment providerPayments, invoicing and sales tax as merchant of recordSee its policy
AnthropicAI features (AI plan, only if you agree): understanding what you type or say, answering questions, writing reviewsUnited States
ElevenLabsAI features (AI plan, only if you agree): turning your voice recording into textSee its policy

Some of these providers are outside the country where you live. They protect transfers with standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Our optional voice and AI features (part of the AI plan) are off until you agree to them in the app (Settings → Voice & AI) and you can withdraw at any time. When you use them, only what you submit is sent: your typed or spoken words, a photo you choose to scan, and — for questions and insights — a summary of your numbers (totals, categories, budgets, goals) with the names of your accounts, categories and payees. Never sent: your passwords or vault, document numbers, card numbers, contacts' details and notes. Voice recordings are turned into text by ElevenLabs, which, under its own policy, may keep recordings and transcripts to run and secure its service; voice is optional, and typing never goes to ElevenLabs. Anthropic's Claude reads the text and returns an answer; Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days (up to 2 years if they are flagged for a policy violation) and does not use them to train its models. We do not store your recordings, questions or the answers on our servers (we keep only counts of how much you used, to apply fair-use limits). Please never say or type passwords, card numbers or ID numbers into these features. Nothing is ever saved to your data without your tap.

6. Backups, retention and deletion
  • We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
  • You can erase specific sections at any time (Settings → Delete data) and delete your whole account (Settings → Delete account). Deleting the account removes your data from our live database immediately.
  • We keep automated database backups for disaster recovery for up to 30 days. Data you deleted can remain in those backups until they expire, and is not restored except to recover the service.
  • We keep billing records as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights

You can export everything (Settings → Backup & export: Excel, encrypted backup or raw database), correct it in the app, and delete it as described above. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data") you may also have the right to access, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to DataTrackerim@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.

8. Children

Data Trackerim is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Data Trackerim ("we", "us"), for using Data Trackerim — the app and its installed versions. By creating an account or using Data Trackerim you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Data Trackerim helps you track your money and organise notes, ideas, books, contacts and passwords. Your data lives on your device and, when you are signed in, is synced to your account in the cloud so it is available on your devices. We keep improving Data Trackerim, so features can change, move between plans, or be retired; we will avoid removing something you rely on without notice.

2. Your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old and give us a working email address.
  • You are responsible for your sign-in, your devices and your vault master password. We cannot recover a forgotten vault master password: vault items are encrypted on your device and only you can open them.
  • One person per account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. Your data and our licence

Everything you enter is yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, back up and display it to you, and to operate and secure the service. You can export it at any time (Settings → Backup & export) and delete it at any time (Settings → Delete data / Delete account). You promise you have the right to store what you enter.

4. Acceptable use

Don't break the law with Data Trackerim, attack or overload it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, try to access other people's data, resell it, or use it to store content you have no right to keep. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other people at risk, and will explain why when we can.

5. Plans, trials and payment
  • Free plan. Data Trackerim has a free plan with usage limits shown on the pricing page.
  • Trial. A new account is on the Free plan and needs no card. You can choose to try Plus free for 30 days, or the AI plan free for 7 days: you add a payment card, nothing is charged during the trial, and on its last day the card is charged for the plan you chose unless you cancelled before then. You agree to that plan's price and billing period when you start the trial, and the plan renews until you cancel. A trial is offered once per account. You can cancel at any time, in one tap in Settings → Plan & billing; nothing more is charged and you keep the plan until the end of the period that is already paid for (or the end of the trial). Nothing you created is deleted when a trial ends or a plan changes: anything above the Free limits stays yours and can be exported, you just cannot add more past a limit.
  • Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise and may include or be subject to sales tax/VAT depending on your location.
  • Seller of record. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which sells the subscription to you, issues receipts and handles taxes. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your plan page or by writing to us; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
  • Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. Early subscribers who were promised a price lock keep it for as long as they stay subscribed without a gap.
  • Founder lifetime plans. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Plus plan. If we ever shut the service down we will give at least 12 months' notice and a complete export of your data.
6. When a plan ends

If a subscription ends or is cancelled, your account moves to the Free plan. Your existing data stays available to view, edit, delete and export. Features and limits that belong to paid plans stop applying to new items (for example adding accounts beyond the Free limit or syncing an additional device). We keep your cloud data for at least 12 months after a paid plan lapses and email you before deleting anything.

7. Not financial advice

Data Trackerim is a tracking and organising tool. Numbers, charts and exchange rates are for your information; they may be incomplete or out of date. Nothing in Data Trackerim is financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Check important figures yourself.

Answers, forecasts and advice written by AI (part of the AI plan) are generated automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete, forecasts are estimates and not promises, and none of it is professional advice. You decide what to do with them. AI features have monthly allowances, shown in the app, so the service stays fair for everyone.

8. Availability and warranty

We work hard to keep Data Trackerim reliable and to protect your data, and the app keeps working offline with the copy on your device. Still, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own exports or backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost opportunities), and our total liability for any claim relating to Data Trackerim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

10. Ending things

You may stop using Data Trackerim and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service to you for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, after warning you where reasonable, or if we must for legal reasons. On termination you can still export your data for 30 days unless the law or a security risk prevents it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We hope to settle any dispute by talking first: write to DataTrackerim@gmail.com. If that does not work, the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan can decide it, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will show the new date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use Data Trackerim after that means you accept them. Questions: DataTrackerim@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If a new paid Data Trackerim plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first charge — a new monthly or yearly subscription (with a free trial, that is the first charge after the trial) or the Founder purchase — and you'll get all of it back. One tap in the app, no forms, no need to justify it. The guarantee applies once per account. Renewals are not covered: you can cancel in one tap at any time to avoid them.
How to ask
  • In the app: Settings → Plan & billing → Get my money back (it appears for 14 days after your first payment). Or email DataTrackerim@gmail.com from the address on your account.
  • Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
  • When a refund is issued, the plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept; nothing is deleted.
Founder lifetime plans

The same 14-day guarantee applies to the one-time purchase. After 14 days a lifetime purchase is not refundable, but you can always export all of your data.

Renewals and later charges

Renewals are not refunded automatically — cancel in one tap before a renewal and it will not happen. If something went wrong on our side (for example, you were charged twice, you were charged after you cancelled, or a feature we promised did not work), write to us and we will make it right. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights, those apply.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Pricing & billing or by writing to us. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your data.
